Dayo O. Ogunsola, MBA, PMI
Dayo is the founder and CEO of Dayo Consulting, a business-consulting organisation with a focus on bridging the divide between sub-Saharan Africa and the rest of the world.
Prior to founding his company, he worked in construction, textile, education, food, renewable energy, IT & telecommunication industries. Among other institutions, Dayo left his footprints in the following Aiyepe Ijebu Embroidery, Nigeria, Eternit AG, Läderach AG, Zurich International School, Swisnic AG and Foxfon AG.
Dayo has successfully overseen a number of seminars including one addressing entrepreneurship succession planning, engineered, planned and delivered a change management process at Seplat Petroleum PLC, organised youth vocational training in Nigeria and initiated the Top Business Associate (TBA) programme, an initiative between universities, institutions and students to prepare the later for the employment market. He has also engaged the support of many organisations for the DC initiatives such as DANSOL, CREDO, and Switzerland Global Enterprise.

Sigrid Sutter-Kirchdorfer is a graduate of business economy from the Business School of Berne, Switzerland. Sigrid has over 30 years of professional experience starting her business career with Citibank N.A. in Zurich, then Frankfurt, London, Hong Kong and Australia – with focus on strategies – structure – and most of all culture management. She was responsible for key accounts such as SWISSAIR, LOSINGER, SANDOZ and more.
As a coach and mum, with two success legal practitioners as children, Mrs. Sutter has the requisite professional and parental competencies to help aspiring youths find their path and place in the career space.
